Choose Love is an offering of healing sounds with artist Akili Jamal Haynes and guest artist Stan Strickland. It is a call to individuals to love themselves and their communities, and similarly, for communities to love the uniqueness of each of its members. This means accepting yourself, and extending the grace that you extend to others, to yourself. Choosing love means pouring love into every action, interaction, and decision.

Gurdeep uses breath and music to move into the Trance states so that a deep blend with her Spirit Guides and Guardians can occur. A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session. People gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death. The objective is to increase awareness of death with a view toward helping people make the most of their (finite) lives.

Trance mediumship is a fascinating practice that allows a medium to connect with spiritual energies in a unique way.
