Choose Love is an offering of healing sounds with artist Akili Jamal Haynes and guest artist Stan Strickland. It is a call to individuals to love themselves and their communities, and similarly, for communities to love the uniqueness of each of its members. This means accepting yourself, and extending the grace that you extend to others, to yourself. Choosing love means pouring love into every action, interaction, and decision.

It means listening to your dreams, organizing the pieces of those dreams, planning, doing the work needed to bring those dreams to fruition, reflecting on your goals and accomplishments, resting when you need it, and inspiring others to do the same.
